I’ve seen a very nice women hiking tour in East Africa but I want to book with my husband – do women travel companies allow this?

When a women travel company advertises for a women-only hiking tour to Africa , they are often targeting women who would not want to travel in co-ed groups .

The women travel companies care a lot about their image and it would cost them a lot of goodwill with their clients if they were deceived or given one set of information about tour participant only for the rules to change - especially after committing to the hiking tour with a deposit.

With the above , if you like the itinerary of the women-only hiking tour there is a big possibility that the tour or similar is on offer with another operator as a co-ed and you can book with your husband. The one thing you would not want to do is to book a tour in which you and your husband would not click well with the rest of the group.
